My recent research/work in blockchain technology required me to synchronize the whole blockchain for both of these cryptocurrencies. The main bottleneck of a task like this is computational resources, and on average consumer hardware nowadays this would take days or more likely weeks depending on your hardware (especially so for BTC). Due to this, I’ve decided to make the data publicly available for download. These were both last updated June 8th 2023, so you’ll have to sync the rest yourself. I may update these in the future if optional donations cover the hosting cost.

Don’t worry about where you’re located – these files are replicated on servers around the world to ensure fast download speeds. When you use the download link it will automatically select the node with the lowest latency to download the file from. Here is where I have the data replicated:
- US East (New York)
- US West (Los Angeles)
- Europe (London)
- Asia (Singapore)
- Oceania (Sydney)
